Required Experience

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Management or related field.
- English - advanced.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- 1 year in logistics area, preferable in Car Carrier or Freight Forwarder.
- Basic knowledge about INCOTERMS.
- High commitment level (high sense of urgency).

Main Responsibilities

- Issue and manage Bills of Lading (BL) in accordance with shipping requirements and documentation standards.
- Coordinate daily communication with customers, shipping lines, international agents, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment operations.




- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments.
- Track vessel schedules, estimated arrival times (ETA), and shipment performance to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and analyze shipment records, revenue reports, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate vessel space bookings and ensure all shipping documentation is complete and compliant.
- Prepare and submit import/export shipment reports, including cargo details and customs documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and general stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure efficient logistics processes.
