Required Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Excel intermediate - advanced.
- English - advanced.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in related areas, working in invoicing, AR, AP, collection or controlling.
- Experience in logistics, transport or automotive industry (desirable)

Main Responsibilities

- Execute the end-to-end billing cycle for assigned accounts, including movement extraction, invoice preparation, validation, and issuance.
- Reconcile billing information against customer records and supporting documentation to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including overdue invoice follow-up, collection tracking, and documentation of payment status.




- Validate supplier invoices against confirmed trips, rendered services, agreed tariffs, and contractual terms, identifying and rejecting discrepancies.
- Coordinate accounts payable and supplier settlements, including accruals, payment programming, and resolution of billing issues with suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring costs, margins, variances, accruals, and other key billing and controlling indicators.
- Maintain accurate tariffs, master data, and billing information in internal systems, ensuring compliance with fiscal, operational, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries, improve processes, support audits, and ensure service continuity.
