Required Experience

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- English - advanced.
- Microsoft Office - advanced.
- 7 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing activities.
- Experience in logistics operations within the automotive industry.
- Experience working for a trucking carrier or logistics service provider.

Main Responsibilities

- Define team direction and lead business execution.
- Develop and execute annual business plans.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.




- Lead bidding processes to select qualified suppliers and ensure transparency.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage supplier bidding, negotiations, and contract administration to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews, site visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
