Required Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, International Business, Business Management or related field.
- English - advanced.
- Microsoft Office - advanced.
- 2 years of experience in cost management, invoicing, logistics, port terminal operations, transportation environments or financial operations.
- High commitment level (high sense of urgency).

Main Responsibilities

- Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts, approved rates, and service agreements.
- Reconcile invoices against operational documentation and identify discrepancies, duplicate charges, or missing information.
- Manage rate sheets, tariffs, and billing terms,



ensuring correct application and timely updates.
- Coordinate invoice processing and payments with internal teams, Glovis Korea, and external vendors.
- Prepare cost reports, billing trackers, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Monitor cost trends and vendor KPIs, identifying potential risks, savings opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance / Accounts Payable, IT, and vendors to resolve cost-related issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate cost and billing data in internal systems, supporting system enhancements, issue resolution, and audit-ready documentation.
