Recruitment Analyst

Main Objective:: To attract, identify, evaluate and hire the best talent for the organization, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and internal clients throughout the recruitment cycle, from vacancy identification and job posting to hiring.

Key responsibilties:

- Conduct brief sessions with HM to understand business needs, the required profile, competencies, etc.
- Post vacancies on different job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Conduct direct search (headhunting) when the position requires it.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions.
- Screening: review and filter resumes according to the position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with the HRBP and HM and follow up promptly on feedback.
- Administer and coordinate behavioral, technical, or competency-based assessments according to the process and vacancy.
- Manage ongoing communication with candidates throughout the entire process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining high standards of service and communication.




- Coordinate reference validation (ESE) prior to onboarding.
- Collect the documentation required for hiring.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: : 3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience in attracting specialized talent or filling niche and managerial positions is desirable.

- Knowledge: competency-based interviews, STAR technique, sourcing and headhunting techniques, recruitment metrics, talent and competency assessment.
- Skills:

Customer orientation.

Effective communication.

Planning and organization.

Proactivity.

- Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively
