Senior Process Analyst - 7–10 years in process improvement / BPM / operations transformation - Experience managing process optimization workstreams - Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) - Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling - Exposure to leveraging BPMN tools for mapping and process improvement (functional perspective) - Experience in maintaining process documentation and improvement artifacts, Strong analytical, communication,
