YOUR TASKS
Lead the regional Supplier Quality organization and drive supplier quality strategy across the region.
Ensure supplier qualification, development, audits, and performance management.
Drive APQP execution and supplier readiness to achieve successful product launches.
Lead supplier improvement initiatives, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to achieve quality and business objectives.




Develop and coach a high-performing team while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Several years of leadership experience in Supplier Quality, Purchasing Quality, or Quality Management within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF *****, supplier audits, and supplier development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and willing to travel as required
