Senior Process Analyst • 7–10 years in process improvement / BPM / operations transformation • Experience managing process optimization workstreams • Strong understanding of process analysis and improvement techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) • Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling • Exposure to leveraging BPMN tools for mapping and process improvement (functional perspective) • Experience in maintaining process documentation and improvement artifacts, Strong analytical, communication,
