Human Resources Representative 2

Responsible for monitoring compliance with employee rights and obligations within the company, ensuring optimal working conditions for the performance of assigned duties, conducting necessary investigations, preparing documentation, and making recommendations—including those regarding disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

- Absenteeism Management: Conduct campaigns to promote and encourage the reduction of absenteeism (As required)





- Workplace Discipline Administration: Apply sanctions and/or contract terminations (As required)

- Provide timely and accurate information to Human Resources management regarding areas with the highest absenteeism rates on a weekly and monthly basis (As required)

- Organizational Development: Responsible for the administration, control, and updating of the personnel census (Daily)

- Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose and follow up on action plans (As required)

- Employee Relations: Receive reports, concerns, and complaints from workers regarding services such as transportation and the cafeteria, and request action plans from the responsible parties (Daily)
