Coordinatesproductshipmentswithinternaldepartmentsincludingbutnotlimitedtoscheduling,production,warehouse,andfinance
Documentsandresolvescustomerissuesandcomplaintsregardingorderstatus,warranties,damage,freightclaims,credits,specialinvoices,andanyotherissuesutilizingappropriatesystems
Understandsandappliesqualitystandardsapplicabletothepositionandmaintainsstandardoperatingproceduresindocumentcontrolfiles
Staysabreastofcustomerordersandmaintainsrelatedinformationtoensuretimelyandaccurateproductionandshipmentofproduct
Obtainsproductandapplicationknowledgeinordertoaddresscustomerneedsandpromotesalesofneworadditionalservices
Issuesinvoicesandcredits,assumingalignmentwithfinancedepartment;applytocustomers'supplierportalsasrequired




Ordersmanagementwithincustomers'supplierportals;mayincludeacceptingorrejectingorders
Engageswithcustomeraccountspayabledepartmenttoresolveanypastdueinvoices,assumingalignmentwithfinancedepartment
Processesandprovidescommercialinvoicesandcustomsdocumentationforinternationalshipments
Createsreportsandcorrespondenceforcustomeranddepartmentuse,miscellaneousclericalfunctions,includingtyping,filing,dataentry,answeringtelephones,coveringforotherpersonnelwithinthedepartmentintheirabsence
