## ## **About the Role**## The role is responsible for continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable manner through Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, and by defining and enforcing operational standards.
## ## **What You Will Do*** ## Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes in methods or operational sequences that minimize risks, costs, and waste; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of finished products.
* ## Responsible for training and developing operators to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
* ## Ensure adherence to product specifications and participate in the development of new production processes by defining new standards and estimating time requirements for each process step.
* ## Lead the CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication) and CL systems, and ensure compliance with operating procedures, work instructions, and operational specifications supported by the Quality Management System (QMS).
* ## Collect and analyze loss-related data to develop solutions and action plans.
* ## Validate production floor information and data.
* ## Knowledge and understanding of production line downtime and line stoppages.
## ## **Who You Are**## ## Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,



Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (required).
## **Language**: Conversational English (required).
## **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing industries.
## **Knowledge and Skills:*** ## Strong statistical knowledge, including understanding of variables and attributes.
* ## Safety and quality management.
* ## Production process management.
* ## Continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, SMED, and related tools.
* ## Mechanical knowledge is desirable.
* ## Intermediate proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
* ## Schedule flexibility and availability.
