Customer Care Order Entry Representative

We are looking for a talented professional to join our
Customer Care team
, supporting order processing and information management for the Latin America region.
What will you do?
Receive and review customer orders and information via email.
Enter and process information accurately in internal systems.
Review orders to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Follow up on order processing and authorization requests.
Generate order-related reports and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams across Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.
Process order changes, cancellations, and revisions as required.
What are we looking for?
Experience in
Order Entry, Order Management, Customer Service, Back Office, Sales Support, or administrative processing
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel,



Word, and Outlook
.
SAP experience
Advanced English (C1 level)
is required to review and process information in English.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in a similar position.
? Work Schedule
Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

Remote:
Tuesday & Friday
If you have experience in order processing, operations, Customer Service, or Back Office and have
C1-level English
