We are seeking an experienced Discovery Paralegal with hands-on experience in Lemon Law cases to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with managing case files, discovery, and court filings in consumer protection matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in handling Lemon Law litigation cases from intake through resolution.
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
- Manage case files, evidence, and correspondence; ensure all documents are properly organized and maintained.
- Coordinate and track deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates.
- File documents with courts (e-filing) and serve parties in compliance with court rules.
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination.




Conduct legal and factual research related to Lemon Law statutes and consumer protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with specific exposure to Lemon Law cases.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and deadlines.
- Experience with e-filing systems and document management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal software (e.g., Filevine)..
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with state and federal Lemon Law statutes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys.
