Role: Workday HCM Consultant

Location: Mexico – Remote

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The idóneo candidate will bring hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementations, integrations, security, reporting, and data migration activities. This role requires strong technical and functional understanding of the Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday HCM solutions.
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and security configurations.
- Perform integration troubleshooting and migration activities.
- Analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and test scenarios.




- Support business users and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Workday implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of Workday HCM experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation.
- Hands-on experience with EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Security.
- Strong knowledge of reporting and calculated fields.
- Experience with XSLT.
- Understanding of integration scheduling and monitoring.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
