ABOUT US
Ju's Crawfish is a family-built, farm-direct live crawfish distributor based in Louisiana. We sell washed and sorted live crawfish to grocery chains, restaurants, seafood markets, meat markets and crawfish boilers, and we are growing into new markets every season. We harvest and operate seven days a week during crawfish season. Our customers are mostly small-business owners and buyers – down-to-earth people who value a real conversation.

THE ROLE
This is not a call-center job, and you will not read from a script. You'll be the first voice many of our future customers hear from Ju's.

You will:
- Call seafood markets, meat markets, restaurants and grocery buyers across the United States
- Have real conversations: learn how they buy crawfish, their volumes, delivery days, current supplier, and what problems they have
- Record each conversation clearly in our CRM and schedule follow-ups
- Hand promising opportunities to the owner with a clear summary




- Coordinate in Spanish with our plant crews and delivery drivers – passing along orders, delivery details and customer needs
- Over time, grow into handling customer calls and texts, order follow-up, customer management and some QuickBooks/admin work

We will teach you the crawfish business and our systems. We cannot teach someone to enjoy talking to strangers – that part has to be you.

YOU ARE
- At least 1 year of phone-based experience with U.S. customers – outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or call-center work
- Outgoing, curious and genuinely comfortable making cold calls
- Fully bilingual: native Spanish, plus fluent conversational English – comfortable with Southern and rural U.S. accents and speaking naturally, not formally
- Comfortable talking with hardworking crews and drivers as easily as with business owners
- A good listener who asks smart follow-up questions
- Organized: you take good notes and never forget a follow-up
- Reliable, with a quiet workspace, a good computer and stable internet

NICE TO HAVE
- QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
- Experience in food, restaurants, produce or distribution

SCHEDULE & PAY
- Now through January: full-time available immediately for the right candidate, or start part-time at 20–30 hours/week (about 4–6 hours/day) and grow into full-time. U.S. Central Time business hours.
- Crawfish season (starting around January): 40+ hours/week required. We operate 7 days a week in season,



so weekend hours will be part of your schedule.
- Pay: USD $10–14/hour depending on English level and experience, paid in U.S. dollars by direct deposit. Weekly or biweekly pay schedule to be agreed upon hire.
- Remote position with a U.S. company; 100% remote from Mexico
- Long-term role: we are building a sales team, and we want this person to grow with us

HOW TO APPLY (in English)
1. Do your homework first. Search 'Ju's Crawfish' on Google and visit our website. Then learn about the Louisiana crawfish business in general – how crawfish are farmed and harvested, when the season runs, live vs. boiled, how they're sold, what 'washed and sorted' means, and who buys them. Use any sources you like – we're interested in how you research, not just what you find.
2. Record a 60–90 second video. Pretend you are calling the owner of a small seafood market in the U.S. for the first time. Introduce yourself and Ju's Crawfish, and ask 2–3 questions to learn about their business. Be yourself – we care much more about how natural you sound than about perfection.
3. Upload your video to iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, Loom or unlisted YouTube, and set it so anyone with the link can view.
