About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring needs at our manufacturing site.
In this on-site role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews and will ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
On a typical day, you will help manage the flow of ***** applicants, assisting them through the various steps of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities - Welcome and register all incoming candidates onsite - Oversee the completion of new-hire documentation - Schedule and coordinate medical exams and background checks - Track candidate progress in collaboration with Recruiters, HR,



and hiring managers - Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily reports - Provide excellent service and support to applicants during the hiring process Qualifications - Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) - Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing coordination preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with MS Office and ATS tools is a plus Work Schedule - Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Friday: Shorter hours, depending on volume - On-site role in Tijuana Why Join Us?
