Design and implement talent acquisition strategies with a strong focus on mass and high-volume recruitment.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
Build strong candidate pipelines to support continuous, large-scale hiring.
Monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and time-to-fill.
Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.

A successful Sr.




Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
Must have experience in Retail or FM-CG/Consumer Goods industries.
Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
Proven experience managing mass and high-volume recruitment processes.
Strong experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
Intermediate English proficiency is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment initiatives with business needs.
