Customer Care Order Entry Representative Mexico City | Hybrid Work Schedule
We are looking for a talented professional to join our Customer Care team , supporting order processing and information management for the Latin America region.
Experience in Order Entry, Order Management, Customer Service, Back Office, Sales Support, or administrative processing .
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .
SAP experience
Advanced English (C1 level) is required to review and process information in English.
Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Office: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Remote: Tuesday & Friday
