We are seeking a Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to guide SAP TM architecture decisions and shape scalable logistics solutions. You will own SAP TM design and configuration, challenge designs when needed, and translate constraints into clear options for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end configuration of SAP TM modules to support complex transportation and logistics processes while ensuring smooth integration with existing environments
- Design resilient, scalable transportation management processes across freight order management, transportation planning, freight settlement, and routing
- Evaluate proposed SAP TM designs and business requirements with a critical, architecture-first mindset
- Serve as the technical gatekeeper by giving direct, actionable feedback on feasibility
- Communicate SAP TM system limitations to business stakeholders in clear, practical terms
- Determine what works out-of-the-box, what needs custom enhancement, and what is not possible or not recommended due to SAP TM architectural constraints
- Propose alternative approaches when requested designs conflict with SAP TM best practices
- Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions by applying strong structured problem-solving skills

Requirements

- Proven track record of 6+ years as an SAP TM Consultant with full lifecycle implementation experience




- Deep technical and functional understanding of SAP TM architecture
- Strong ability to assess complex system designs and confidently push back when appropriate
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1)
