Job description:

This role requires a strong hard sales background, but the work will be focused on collections conversations. We are looking for agents who know how to persuade, negotiate, create urgency, overcome objections, and secure commitments during the call.

This is not a customer service, inbound support, soft collections, or basic cross-selling role. Candidates must have proven experience working in high-performance sales environments and should be comfortable being measured against top-performer standards.

Position Details

Location: Across "El Caballito"
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Training Start Date: October 5
Employment Type: Initial 3-month assignment, with continuation based on performance
Monthly Salary: $26,000 MXN
Potential Monthly Bonus: Up to $12,000 MXN

What You Will Do

- Make outbound calls in a collections environment.
- Use persuasive communication to influence customer action.
- Create a clear sense of urgency during the call.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, accepted hardships, or account resolutions based on business guidelines.
- Maintain strong call control with resistant or undecided customers.
- Secure clear commitments and drive measurable outcomes.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Meet performance expectations aligned to top-performing agents.

Required Profile

- Previous hard sales experience is required.
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
- Proven ability to close sales, commitments, or agreements over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create urgency while remaining professional and compliant.
- High resilience and emotional control.
- Comfortable working under strict performance metrics.
- Comfortable being evaluated through role-play, sales, negotiation, and objection-handling assessments.
- Ability to provide supportive proof of your strong sales performance.
