Full Truckload Track and Trace Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Track and Trace Specialist to join our logistics team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the movement of full truckload shipments, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and seamless communication between carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Shipment Tracking & Monitoring:

o

Track and monitor full truckload shipments from origin to destination using transportation management systems (TMS) and carrier portals.

o

Provide real-time updates on shipment status, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and potential delays.

2.

Communication:

o

Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.

o

Notify Account Managers and/or customers of any changes to delivery schedules, delays, or incidents.

3.

Issue Resolution:

o

Proactively identify and address issues such as transit delays, route deviations, or accidents.

o

Work closely with carriers and operations teams to resolve problems promptly and minimize service disruptions.

Data Management:

o





Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment details, including load status, delivery confirmations, and exceptions.

o Use analytics to identify trends in carrier performance and transit times.

5. Carrier Relations:

o Build and maintain positive relationships with carriers and drivers to ensure reliable

service.

Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:

o 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage (full

truckload experience preferred).

o Familiarity with TMS platforms, carrier portals, and freight tracking tools.

- Skills:

o Excellent communication and customer service skills.

o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
