Petal Sweet Cleaning is looking for a confident, responsive, and organized Sales Representative to help prospective customers choose the right cleaning service. If you enjoy following up with leads, building trust, and closing sales, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an active sales role. You’ll respond to incoming inquiries, provide quotes, follow up consistently, address questions and objections, and help turn new customers into recurring clients.

Pay and hours

- Base pay: $150 per week, plus commission
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Remote, part-time position
- Paid time off
- Sales training, CRM access, and support from the team

Schedule

Training will initially take place Monday through Friday during our regular business hours. After you successfully complete training, you’ll move to a part-time schedule that includes Sundays.

The remaining hours offer some flexibility and will be scheduled around lead volume and business needs. We typically need the most coverage Sunday through Tuesday, when prospective customers are most actively looking for service. Sunday availability is required.

What you’ll do

- Respond promptly to incoming leads by phone and email
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Learn about each customer’s needs,



provide quotes, and close sales
- Address questions and objections with confidence and care
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations and home details
- Work with our operations team to help deliver a great customer experience

What success looks like

You’ll work toward a 50% quote-to-sale conversion rate and help retain at least 50% of initial cleaning customers as recurring clients. You’ll also respond promptly to lead inquiries during your scheduled hours, with a goal of a 99% response rate.
