XXII Century Inc. is looking for a experienced Truck Driver Recruiter who knows how to turn applicants into qualified, road-ready drivers.

At least 2 years of experience in the same role is required!

This is not a role where you simply post jobs, wait for applications, and pass resumes along.

You will own the recruiting process from the first conversation through orientation, qualifying company drivers and owner-operators, keeping candidates moving, completing required screenings, and making sure strong applicants don't get lost in the process.

You are often the first impression a driver has of XXII Century. How quickly you respond, how well you communicate, and how effectively you manage the process directly impacts our ability to grow our fleet.

If you're organized, persistent, comfortable spending your day talking to drivers, and know how to keep a recruiting pipeline moving, you'll fit well here.

If you need someone constantly reminding you who to call, what to follow up on, or what needs to happen next, this probably isn't the role for you.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of direct truck driver recruiting experience is required.

Candidates must have hands-on experience recruiting CDL truck drivers, including company drivers and/or owner-operators.

General recruiting, staffing agency, HR, or non-driver transportation recruiting experience does not meet this requirement.

You should already understand how to:

- Source and communicate with CDL drivers




- Prescreen drivers for qualification requirements
- Recruit company drivers and/or owner-operators
- Manage drivers from initial contact through orientation
- Follow up consistently with driver leads
- Work with MVR, PSP, background checks, employment verifications, and drug testing
- Use Tenstreet or a similar driver recruiting platform

If you have not previously recruited CDL truck drivers, this position is not the right fit.
