Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The PepsiCo NA S&T; Network Infrastructure Team is seeking a North American Associate Manager. This role is responsible for end-to-end network delivery, refresh, and innovation for PFNA/PBNA and shared service locations across the U.S. and Canada. It encompasses network infrastructure design and delivery, fully aligned with PepsiCo's engineering and security standards.

Additionally, this role involves managing business relationships between IT and business teams, with a focus on identifying new business requirements and preparing for strategic growth. Daily responsibilities include team management, program management, vendor management, and financial oversight.

This position reports directly to the NA Delivery Manager and works in close collaboration with key business units across both the U.S. and Canada, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving impactful results.

Your Impact

As Network Delivery Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:

Key responsibilities include delivering 2-3 large-scale network programs annually, such as full-site network refreshes involving WAN, LAN, and WLAN modernization across 30-50 sites, while also managing 5-10 out-of-cycle initiatives that support business growth and network transformation objectives. The portfolio includes network refreshes, connectivity modernization programs, 5G deployments, Starlink and backup connectivity solutions, Voice/Telephony initiatives, and other infrastructure-related projects.





The role requires partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand current and future technology needs, translating requirements into scalable network solutions that improve resiliency, connectivity, performance, and operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate with PepsiCo Engineering, Security, and IT towers to define standards, establish technical requirements, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with deployment and security standards.

This position leads a diverse team of project managers, change coordinators, engineers, third-party vendors, and delivery partners, ensuring accountability for scope, schedule, quality, cost, and overall execution. The manager is responsible for proactively managing risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and business impacts to maintain delivery momentum and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with strong experience across enterprise network and infrastructure environments.
- 2+ years of experience delivering infrastructure services and solutions, including Network, Compute, Voice, Database, Unified Communications, and related technology platforms.
- 2+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end infrastructure programs, involving multiple IT towers, cross-functional teams, and geographically distributed stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience working with international markets and geographically distributed organizations, preferably supporting North American or global environments.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation, modernization, and network infrastructure programs across multiple sites and business units.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, develop long-term technology strategies, and translate business requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Strong experience in program and project management, including planning, governance, financial management, risk and issue management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- 2+ years of project/program management experience,



with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
- Experience with modern network and connectivity technologies, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, 5G, resilient connectivity solutions, and emerging network technologies.
- Experience working with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. Cloud, Compute, and Network certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with 2+ years of experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification required; additional network certifications are highly desirable.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- ITIL certification strongly preferred.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior leadership in an international environment.
