Production Quality Supervisor

At Siemens, we are looking for a passionate professional to lead Production Quality activities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Production Quality team and support daily operations.

Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance through quality KPIs.

Lead containment, corrective, and preventive actions for quality issues.

Coordinate quality activities with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.

Support audits, product safety, and employee quality awareness programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in Quality Management within manufacturing environments.

Experience leading teams and cross-functional improvement projects.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication,



welding, painting, and assembly.

Ability to analyze quality data and drive improvement actions.

Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of IEC and IEEE standards.

Experience with quality KPIs (FPY, PPM, DPU, NCRs).

Internal auditing experience.

Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
