Overview:

Equipment Control Center executive will be responsible on invoice process, create internal references to reimburse the money, check statement of account, validate all services charged by vendors, validate upgrade services to our containers in all depots, follow up to payments, create invoices of compensation containers, give following up of the definitive import process of container compensation, solve any issue related to the invoice process, solve any issue in system to conclude the payment process. Get in touch with Head Office about any additional requirements to close the invoice process.

Requirements:

· To have experience in transportation, logistics or in a shipping company.

· Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of Office (particularly Excel).

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Problem solving capabilities.

· Proactive.

· Medium-high level of English skills (written and spoken).

· Availability to travel.

· Gender: indistinct.





· Bachelor's degree on International Affairs, International Business, International Commerce, or related majors (preferable).

· Service attitude.

Job offering:

· Working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
