What you'll do:

- Support English and Portuguese-speaking customers exclusively through email support (no phone calls), handling account and technical inquiries for a home services company.
- Full paid training — no prior customer service experience required.

What we're looking for:

- You live in the Guadalajara metro area
- Fluent English and Portuguese (B2–C1)




- Available Monday–Saturday
- 18 years of age or older, as required by Mexican labor law
- Not currently studying or working elsewhere

If you understood all of this, you already meet requirement #1.

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 al mes
