REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Skills: Expertise in Mass Recruitment & Psychometric Testing
- Language: Conversational English B2
- Profile: Versatility in recruiting for different levels (operational to executive)

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, assessments, and recruitment events.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and communicate selection results.
- Manage new hire onboarding, access, registrations, and administrative processes.
- Process and update employee movements, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate communication with candidates, employees, internal departments, job boards, and external organizations.
- Develop and maintain HR forms, records, and procedures.
