The Marketing Leader will act as the brand champion across multiple markets, driving brand strategy, market positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen business growth and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

- Build long lasting and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, to secure strong marketing plan and marketing operations
- Creative strategy development for new launches, services as well as lifecycle activities such as customer retention initiatives and credit offers
- Media strategy management, investment, and control of media budget.
- Corporate events planning and management such as conventions, dealer events, special occasions, incentives business trips, and such
- Product and service portfolio competitiveness aligned to market needs
- Pricing strategies to secure commercial competitiveness and portfolio added value
- Design and implement comprehensive and value-oriented incentives / tactical campaigns to promote top sales performance




- Manage and sustain long term relationships with regional and integral brand stakeholders, report performance and secure best budget management
- Manage Fixed Marketing Investments (FMI), Variable Marketing Expense (VME), and portfolio profitability and revenue performance

Job Knowledge and Skills:Exceptional communication skills, Executive acumen, Team building and capable of alignment of heterogeneous business agendas.

Years of Experience / Previous Work Experience:

- Marketing management 10 years
- International business management 5 years

Education

- Business oriented major, as Marketing, Economics, Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- Business Masters’ degree is must

Specific Course/Certifications

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Language: Spanish native, English business proficient (written and oral)
- Must have: Business and marketing budget management
- Computer Skills: MS Office suite
