Job Summary and Scope:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is accountable for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable and Collections team. This role will initially report to the Dir. Accounts Payable with a dotted line to Manager, Accounts Payable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports AP operations and shared services for legacy OPS business units and ERPs with direction from
- Supervises a team of up to 10+ including Clerks, Analysts, Team Leads
- Responsibilities include invoice processing, issues resolution, vendor support, vendor master, disbursements
- Partners with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Finance, IT Internal Audit and business stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish/English
