About the Company The Materials Coordinator is responsible for supporting material planning, inventory coordination, and cross-functional communication to help ensure the timely availability of materials for production and new program activity. This role works closely with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, and suppliers to help maintain material flow, resolve shortages, and support operational continuity. Monitor inventory levels and help address material shortages or supply risks Partner with purchasing, production, and suppliers to support material availability on time Track material status, delivery timing, and open issues requiring follow-up Assist with resolving discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or material availability Support continuous improvement efforts related to material coordination and planning associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in materials coordination, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP or materials planning systems preferred Attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking and reporting Commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline
