Vice President of OperationsWe’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead operational strategy, drive business growth, and scale a high-performing operating model.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional who enjoys working at the intersection of operations, financial performance, client management, and business growth .What you’ll be responsible for:- Lead the overall operations strategy and execution, aligned with medium- and long-term business objectives.- Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.- Identify new opportunities for growth, including new sites, service lines, and operational channels.- Lead and develop high-performing operations teams.- Own P&L;, budgets, revenue, profitability, and key operational KPIs .- Build strong relationships with clients and support strategic negotiations around contracts, pricing,
