The company provides a stable, growth‑oriented environment within a large industrial operation, offering strong development opportunities.A major manufacturing organization is seeking an HSE Coordinator to expand and reinforce its Health, Safety & Environment function.Key Responsibilities- Strengthen and promote the plant’s Health, Safety & Environmental culture.- Lead HSE performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across production areas.- Ensure full compliance with STPS, SEMARNAT, and all applicable regulatory frameworks.- Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems, including preparation and execution of audits.- Develop and oversee emergency response plans, risk assessments,



and prevention programs.- Lead and mentor teams across Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, and Environmental disciplines.- Collaborate with senior plant leadership to provide strategic HSE guidance and operational support.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of progressive HSE experience within manufacturing environments.- Current experience as Senior HSE Coordinator, HSE Supervisor, HSE Specialist, or Junior HSE Manager.- Background in large‑scale industrial facilities (1,000+ employees).- Experience in Automotive, Metal‑Mechanic, Heavy Industry, Steel, or similar sectors.- Strong leadership presence with a hands‑on approach; willingness to spend ~50% of time on the production floor.- Advanced English proficiency.
