Under the direction of the sales leadership team, the Assistant Inside Sales Representative supports customer opportunities, quotation activities, and account administration. This position serves as an entry point into Volex's commercial organization and provides exposure to customer relationships, product applications, pricing processes, and manufacturing operations. Receive customer inquiries, RFQs, and commercial requests; Maintain opportunities, contacts, activities, quote records, pricing information, and account notes within Epicor CRM.



Support Inside Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers in the preparation of quotations and proposals. Track sample requests, prototype orders, and commercial activities to ensure timely customer response. Maintain accurate commercial documentation and support continuous improvement of sales processes. Develop knowledge of Volex products, manufacturing capabilities, and commercial policies to support future advancement opportunities. Support special projects and administrative activities as assigned. Under the direction of the sales leadership team, the Assistant Inside Sales Representative supports customer opportunities, quotation activities, and account administration. This position serves as an entry point into Volex's commercial organization and provides exposure to customer relationships, product applications, pricing processes, and manufacturing operations. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Or 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, order management, or manufacturing administration. English and Spanish preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn CRM, ERP, and quoting systems. Experience with Epicor CRM or similar systems preferred.
