Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager 2 to join our team internally. The purpose of this position is to facilitate jobs in the execution phase of our client's production needs, serving as a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork issues.

In this role, you will communicate with design firms, printers, engravers, on-site personnel/sales, and US-based clients to ensure proper printability for packaging. You will coordinate packaging production via job instructions and schedules, acting as the primary resource to on-site personnel and sales, and the key point of contact for the internal production department.

Key Responsibilities Consultation & Client Support: Consult with on-site personnel and/or clients during artwork development and pre-press execution, responding in a timely manner. Relationship Management: Establish good and professional working relationships with clients, design firms, engravers, and printers. Communication: Communicate artwork issues with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders, documenting all critical information that may impact quality. Project & Timeline Management:



Manage project timelines, communicate received and shipped art to on-site personnel/sales, and perform user functionality in tracking databases. Order Entry & Technical Verification: Ensure orders are complete and concise when delivered to production, verifying that technical supplied data is correct to supplied art. Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business. Must-Have Qualifications (Strict Filtering Criteria) Work Authorization: Must be a Mexican Citizen or Permanent Resident currently living in Mexico with valid work authorization. English Proficiency: Advanced level of English, capable of holding deep and technical conversations. Required Industry Background: Direct experience in the design, print, or production art industry, specifically with exposure to flexographic printing, prepress, or packaging graphics. Technical Skills Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos. Ability to work independently after initial training. Specific technical knowledge related to production or printing. Preferred Experience & Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent; some College/Associate's Degree or specialized technical/preparatory studies preferred. 2 to 5 years of general experience preferred. Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the print industry preferred. Experience using packaging workflow management tools or project tracking software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
