About the Role PennEngineering Mexico is looking for a Production Supervisor to coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and process optimization.
This position will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Maintenance to ensure an efficient production flow while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.
Requirements: Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field.
