Responsibilities

Utilize advanced data tools to analyze performance and drive decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor
0s or University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
Master
0s preferred in Lean Manufacturing Management or similar.
7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement Lead and/or Process management.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or others).
Expertise in leading employee engagement teams.
Experience implementing lean systems or methodologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams and manage projects.
Advanced skills with Excel, Access, Minitab and PowerPoint.
