We are seeking a accounting and finance professional with a strategic vision, leadership mindset, and high analytical capacity to manage our key processes and ensure compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management and Control: Organize, control, and guide all accounting and financial processes of the company.
Prepare monthly financial results reports in a timely and proper manner.Analysis and Auditing: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial-analytical reviews of sales, purchases, expenses, and taxes to identify and document deviations.
Efficiently address and manage deliverables and negotiations related to external audits.Corporate Governance and Internal Control: Develop, evaluate, and implement internal controls, policies, risk management, and short- and long-term budget/tax planning.Automation and Continuous Improvement: Implement enhancements to automate financial and tax processes, reducing manual workload.International Reporting: Prepare executive reports and deliver verbal and written presentations to the immediate supervisor and corporate headquarters in Malaysia, identifying deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.Team Leadership: Manage, organize, and develop available human resources (Semi-Senior executive profiles)



under a positive work approach.Regional Support: Assist with requirements requested by Regional Management.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree and Professional License are mandatory in Accounting and Finance.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial/accounting field, within publicly traded companies or recognized audit firms (Big Four).
Technical Knowledge: Deep command of IFRS (NIIF ́s).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
Skills: Leadership and team management, high analytical capacity, assertive and interpersonal communication, strategic thinking.Languages: Advanced English (Ability to report and deliver presentations to corporate headquarters).
Availability: Time availability to address queries or attend meetings with Malaysia (+14 hour time difference).
Availability for frequent travel outside of Mexico.Offer and Benefits:Base Salary ($48,******,000 Mexican pesos gross)Statutory BenefitsGrocery Vouchers.Restaurant Vouchers.Days off above Federal Labor Law (LFT) requirements.Job Type: Full-time, on-site.Schedule: Monday to Friday.
