Keep track of different projects using Jira (dates, tasks, risks, updates).
Prepare reports and summaries so leaders know how each project is progressing.
Coordinate with technology teams, operations, and other partners to gather updates and share information.
Support project planning: timelines, priorities, tasks, and follow‐ups.
Help maintain clear documentation and make sure everything is updated
Assist with testing and readiness activities when projects are close to launching.
Perfil buscado
2-3 years of experience supporting projects or PMO work.
Comfortable using Jira or similar project tools.
Advanced English: strong verbal and written communication (global teams).




Comfortable working with Excel (intermediate-advanced).
Ability to communicate clearly with directors and senior stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or similar.
Experience in banking or financial services (ideally).
Agile certifications (Scrum Master/Product Owner).
Experience with Confluence or other project tracking tools.
