You will deliver training, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
You will also guide clients through software features, configure reports in Excel, and ensure they receive a positive and seamless experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional customer services support to NBI clientsSupport My Geotab, Geotab hardware,
