Schneider Electric is seeking an entry-level Associate I in Querétaro to manage customer account opening and closing activities. You will communicate with customers and coordinate with Utility teams to ensure services are activated or deactivated, monitoring each request from start to finish.
As an Associate I, you will follow established procedures, identify issues, and provide timely updates to customers while escalating when needed.
