Record and validate accounting entries and economic transactions—specifically those involving the generation and application of resources to fulfill the company's mission—in accordance with established policies and procedures, while also conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of these records. Minimize risks associated with the calculation and filing of local and federal taxes, and complete the accounting process to generate financial statements for the Board of Directors meeting.
1.- Record daily company transactions in the Accounts Payable module.
2.- Review positive supplier feedback/status.
3.- Storage and tracking of supplier XML files.
4.- Daily procedures for month-end closing.
5.- Calculation of state payroll tax.
6.- Determination and consolidation of monthly taxes.
7.- Offsets and refunds.
8.- Handling of information requests/requirements.
9.- Preparation of working papers for the annual tax return.
10.- Preparation of working papers for audits and follow-up.
11.- Filing of payroll records and data entry into the Sage 300 system.
12.- Review of the INEGI report.
13.- Balance sheet account reconciliation in the FloQast system (working paper).
