JoVE is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help professors at leading universities in the US integrate JoVE videos into their courses to improve teaching outcomes and student success. You will conduct daily outreach to faculty, deliver product awareness sessions, grow engagement, and support renewals while communicating customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams.
