Job Purpose
Design and implement the organization’s talent and workforce development system through the creation and execution of labor modernization strategies and programs, competency certification initiatives, variable compensation and total rewards frameworks, employee participation and recognition models, as well as leadership development and change management programs. The role is responsible for strengthening a culture of operational excellence while ensuring the achievement of the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

Education And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a closely related discipline. Professional certifications in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits are considered an asset.
