Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You'll sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem it was meant to solve.
You'll work across client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role when new projects are scoped and estimated.
