Where You’ll Make a Difference Support the Credit & Collections team in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Assist with collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices to support healthy cash flow.
Help maintain accurate customer master data, credit information and account records.
Support customer account reviews and credit evaluations through data analysis and reporting.
Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and documentation related to credit and collections performance.
Support account reconciliation activities and ensure accurate financial records.
Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls and standard operating procedures.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects that drive operational excellence.
What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Strong interest in developing a career in Credit, Collections,



Accounts Receivable or Financial Operations .
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
How Would You Stand Out? Previous internship, academic project or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Credit or Collections .
Experience working with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, credit analysis or collection processes .
