Inside the Role
The Senior Business Strategy Analyst serves as the strategic liaison between the North America Regional Strategy Team and DTFS Mexico.
This role helps ensure alignment between regional priorities and local business needs by providing strategic insights, portfolio visibility, executive reporting, and cross-functional coordination.



The position supports business growth by helping leadership understand market trends, evaluate opportunities, monitor strategic initiatives, and connect organizational priorities with employee engagement efforts.
The role does not directly lead project execution. Instead, it works closely with Mexico leadership, Continuous Improvement (CI), PMO, and business teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with the overall DTFS strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Alignment & Business Planning
- Support the adaptation and execution of DTFS North America business strategy within the Mexico market.
- Ensure alignment between regional strategic priorities and local business objectives.
- Facilitate strategic planning and business review processes with leadership teams.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, business priorities, and transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary connection between DTFS Mexico and the North Ame
