Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks an Operations Manager for Paint & Stamping in Mexico. You will lead the manufacturing team to meet schedules, ensure quality, control costs, and safeguard employee safety while aligning with financial plans and strategic goals.
You will coordinate with all functions, drive continuous improvements, and support new product introductions while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance. Fluent English and strong leadership are required.
