As an Oracle - ERP - Source To Pay - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients directly, leveraging your skills in business application consulting to deliver impactful solutions within our Oracle practice. You will be at the forefront of transforming client operations through the implementation of Oracle ERP systems, focusing on the Source To Pay process. This role is pivotal in driving digital core modernization, enabling clients to evolve their application services and optimize their business processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex client engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate needs, and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Your role involves analyzing complex concepts and interpreting feedback to deliver quality work, while maintaining professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Oracle practice, contributing to the digital transformation of client services. Your efforts will support the broader objectives of the firm, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills while delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities

System configuration: Configure the Oracle ERP Source to Pay modules (such as Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Payables) to meet business needs.

Process design: Design and optimize Source to Pay processes by leveraging Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.

Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for Oracle ERP enhancements

Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle E-Business Suite solutions

Collaborating with clients to gather and document business requirements for ERP projects

Developing and executing project plans to deliver Oracle ERP solutions on time and within budget

Providing technical consultation and support for Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems





Designing and standardizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Managing systems project management tasks, including budgeting and resource allocation

Facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in Oracle ERP implementations

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes

Conducting training sessions and developing materials to enhance user adoption and system utilization

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor’s degree

At least 3 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master’s or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems

Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM

Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems

Embracing change and innovation in technology integration

Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations

Managing systems project management with a focus on process standardization

Excelling in communication and teamwork within client support environments
