Key Responsabilities

Executive support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.

KPI tracking and business operations reporting.

Budget, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting.

Invoice tracking and financial administration.

Overtime (OT) management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.

Data analysis, reporting,



and leadership decision support.

Proactive identification of issues and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in Financial and logistical administration (budget control, invoicing, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting)

Experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting

English: C1

Occasional trips (Santa Fe, CDMX)
